Terms & Conditions

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the QuFit app, the QuFit Trainer app, or our website. By using them, you agree to them.

1. What QuFit is

QuFit is a platform that connects trainees with independent fitness trainers. We provide the software. We do not provide training or nutrition advice ourselves — your plan is written by the trainer you choose, and they are responsible for it.

Health warning. Exercise and dietary change carry risk. QuFit is not a medical service and nothing in it is medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a programme, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical condition. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13, and give accurate registration details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
  • Trainer accounts are reviewed before they are approved, and approval can be withdrawn.
  • One person, one account.

3. Courses and payment

  • A course begins when a trainer approves your request and confirms your payment.
  • Fees are paid in cash, directly to your trainer. QuFit does not process payments and is not a party to that transaction.
  • Prices are set by each trainer and shown before you request a course.
  • Refunds are a matter between you and your trainer. Raise a dispute with them first; contact us if you cannot resolve it.
  • A course runs for the duration set by your trainer and then expires.

4. Trainer obligations

If you use QuFit Trainer, you additionally agree that:

  • You hold the qualifications and any licences your jurisdiction requires.
  • Plans you write are appropriate to the information your client has given you.
  • You will treat client health data as confidential and use it only to deliver their programme.
  • You are an independent provider, not our employee or agent.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or not yours to post.
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your qualifications.
  • Attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or access another account.
  • Scrape or resell content or data from the platform.

We can remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the right to post it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, QuFit is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a training or nutrition plan provided by a trainer, from a payment dispute between you and a trainer, or from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using QuFit and delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the date above, and notify you in the app for significant changes. Continuing to use QuFit after a change means you accept it.
